Can you guarantee me a successful buy?

If Levoune Buyers Agent can not find a successful property within the buyers brief and time frame we offer a full refund on the retainer fee. Terms and Conditions Apply

Do i need experience to get started?

Whether you are buying your 1st property or continuing your journey we cater to everybody's needs and experience. We will guide you, mentor and support you through every step of the journey making it easy and stress free.

Do I need preapproval for finance before we engage?

Dependant on your goals and strategy we may require you to understand your borrowing capacity before we start. We have access to a good team of independent mortgage brokers which can help you and even advise on advanced lending strategies.

Do I need a deposit

Yes, you need a deposit. Though there are many ways to have a deposit. Through equity, Guarantoring, savings, and more. If you are unsure please contact us.

Can I do this on my own?

There is a reason only 1% of investors own more then 5 properties.
