How did Levoune Buyers Agent Start?

Levoune Buyers Agent was created when our Director Scott, reached financial freedom through property. Scott reached a considerable-sized property portfolio of over 10 properties and a passive income stream of $100,000 per year after a few years of hard work, education, learnings and dedication. Not only did Scott build passive income but had incredible capital growth also. Scott realized that this was something he wanted to share with the world; he wanted to help others achieve financial freedom through property as well. So, Scott founded Levoune Buyers Agent to provide exceptional services for people searching for their perfect property.

Do I need the world highest paying job to get to where Scott did?

We carefully assess their brief and then work with them to find the perfect investment property that matches their needs.

 

Unlike a selling agent, we don't hold stock ourselves. This means that we work for the buyer, and it's our job to find the right property at the right price. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals so that we can identify the right properties for them to consider. We also prefer not a new property, units or off the plan developments as they are generally overpriced and have a higher risk. Established properties generally have better capital growth and higher rental returns. You get more property value for your money.

 

 

There are other avenues don't get me wrong

Dividend stocks (dividend income), stock market, treasury bonds, high yield savings account and other financial products or passive income ideas to help you generate income. In our experience property is a better vehicle to get to financial freedom sooner. Depending on your personal objectives and how actively involved you want to be involved. Your risk tolerance, and personal financial situation, if you don't have enough money including your credit score will dictate the best investment strategy for you.

The real downside to not using the property is the additional effort, little money you will achieve and time you will have to invest in finding a better investment vehicle than an investment property. Making money is easy, making more money is harder and finding the right investment vehicle can be time-consuming.
